Bishop John Folda and the faithful of Fargo welcome you to the Cathedral of St. Mary. The word ‘cathedral’ originates from a Latin word, cathedra, meaning seat. The Cathedral Church serves as the seat of the Bishop in a particular Diocese.
Please see the above tabs for sacramental preparation and celebration.
*Please see our most current bulletin for all updated news & events (under the 'About' tab above).
May 30 (Memorial Day) is the 123rd anniversary of the dedication of the Cathedral, and therefore is a solemnity to all registered parishioners. We will have a 9:00am Mass that day (no 7:00am or 12:10 Mass & no Confession). The parish office will be closed.
Happy Memorial Day!
